What is the best book for getting into raw food? I am interested in eating raw (at least sometime) but I find it overwhelming.

Here some to consider:

12 Steps to Raw Foods: How to End Your Addiction to Cooked Food

Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine

Living Cuisine: The Art and Spirit of Raw Foods

You can find bibliographical information about the above books, plus info on raw foods in general, here:

The end of cooking? Learn All About the Raw Food Diet

Hope this helps.

The 80/10/10 Diet by Dr. Douglas Graham is by far the best resource for optimal health with raw foods.
I searched for almost three years for the optimal raw food diet, experimenting extensively with higher fat- traditional gourmet raw and finally stumbled upon Dr. Douglas Graham. His book is steller and absolutely life-changing.
He also has a few other books called "Grain Damage", "Nutrition and Athletic Performance", and "The High Energy Diet Recipe Guide". His website is www.foodnsport.com

Also, as another fantastic resource, visit www.30bananasaday.com.

Hope this helps :)
