I have been a vegan for 5 months now, and the good news is that my weight level has reduced and my health has improved. Now for the next step. I want to get my body to a higher level of physical fitness so I can take part in more sports and outdoor activities. I will be completing some basic weight training, swimming and light cardio to start. Does anyone have suggestions for dishes or eating habits I should develop during this process.
