There are some good online websites that have great recipes.

There are lots of Vegan cookbooks too.

There is even a Vegan magazine called VegNews.

And there are tons of vegan and vegetarian blogs with lots of great info

I prefer using web sites over cookbooks for recipes because you can read comments as well as see ratings. When looking for recipes on vegweb, I typically only make recipes with 5 stars (there are so many to look through, I figure that is a good way to filter them)

1	There must be ten thousand websites that contain nothing but vegetarian recipes. A Google search will surely turn up a good selection. Here's one that I can recommend: Vegetarian and Vegan Recipes but it's just one of many. answered Nov 03 '10 at 02:16 Mikl 151●7
