What celebrities and athletes are vegan?

Ok I can stand on my own two feet and admit to being a vegan. I can defend my stance as well but it is sometimes nice to know which other famous people are also vegans. Especially healthy athletes and stars. So who do you know that eats the green and disdains the red (outside of beets of course)?
